1. Click New registration on Account page.
2. Enter your Email Address, Name, Gender, and Password and click Continue.
Your Password should consist of 6 or more half size characters. Please make sure you remember this password as you will be required to enter from next visit and onwards.
3. Confirm your details on the next page and click Continue.
4. You will receive Registration Confirm from HMV&BOOKS online mail. Please check if you have received it successfully. If you have registered you mobile mail address, please confirm your mail account on your mobile phone.
5. If you have not received an email, please confirm the following:
Have you entered the correct email address? Please note that our email might have been rejected depending on the setting on you mail software/provider.
Also, if you have registered you mobile mail address, please check your mail filtering setting.
After checking your mail settings, please go back to the New Registration on Account screen and complete the flow again.
6. If you have received Registration Confirm from HMV&BOOKS online successfully, open the email and then click on the address indicated on the email.
If you have received the email on your mobile phone, please follow the instruction on the mobile site.
7. Please enter the email address and the password which you have registered earlier on Confirmation of Registration screen.
8. You should have received HMV&BOOKS online registration creation completion email. Please check if you have received successfully.
If you have registered you mobile mail address, please confirm your mail account on your mobile phone.
9. In future, please use the above email address and password when logging-in.
