1985年設立のParents Music Resource Centerが主張する音楽表現への制限や、検閲に反対するZappaが、PMRCの要求による上院公聴会が開かれた1985年9月19日に録音したプロテスト・ソングを収録した編集盤。録音25周年にあたる2010年9月発表。
