初回発売時の見開きジャケット仕様、インナースリーヴ付（ジャケット写真のフォト・セッションで撮られたレア写真／英文解説付／アレンジを担当したDavid Van De Pitteによるエッセイ付／歌詞を掲載）

LP1 サイドA＆B：オリジナル収録9曲のリマスター音源を収録。
LP2 サイドA：初アナログ音源化となる4曲を収録。その中でも「What’s Going On stripped version」は完全未発表。
LP2 サイドB：当時のシングルに収録された全6曲をオリジナル・モノ・ミックスで収録。これは初リリース以来となる50年ぶりのアナログ音源化となる。
