2018年という、第1次世界大戦から100年という時に、歴史の舞台にもなったヴェルサイユ宮殿にてこのようなコンサートが行われたということは意義のあることである。特に、ラヴェルの《左手のためのピアノ協奏曲》は作曲された経緯とリンクしているだけではなく、ユジャ・ワンの演奏に対しても合致した曲である。
