1978-1987制作5アルバム集。初期のギタ－インスト中心のサウンドよりヴォ－カルメインのバンドスタイルの頃のサンタナが自分の好み。クラシックスⅣのカヴァ－”Stomy”バディ－・ホリ－のカヴァー”Well All Right”、”ライトニング・スカイ”、You Know That I Love You”、ラス・バラ－ドのカヴァ－”Winning” イアン・ト－マスのカヴァ－”Hold On”(サンタナヴォ－カル曲では一番有名）、再びラス・バラ－ド作”Nowhere To Run”、”ウィン・ユア・ラヴ”等　Niceです。ただ欲を出せば”Freedom”よりは、”Beyond Appearances”の方がこのコンピには合うと思うが。
