1980年のデビューシングル「Modern Girl」、各国チャートを制覇した翌81年の「Morning Train (9 to 5)」などの大ヒットを飛ばし、映画「007 ユア・アイズ・オンリー」(1981年) の主題歌抜擢、さらには、プリンス、ナイル・ロジャース、デイヴィッド・フォスター、ケニー・ロジャースらトップアーティスト／プロデューサーとのコラボレーションで「80年代最強のポップクイーン」の名をほしいままにしたシーナ・イーストン。

1982年の３rdアルバム『Madness, Money & Music』が、オリジナルマスターテープからの最新リマスターに、４曲の未発表音源を含む８曲のボーナストラック、さらには、ケニー・ロジャースとアル・ジャロウをゲストに迎えた全米TVスペシャル「Act One」放送時の映像や、シングルカットされた「Machinery」など３曲のプロモビデオを収録のDVDを付属したデラックスエディションで再発。

ボーナストラックには、シングルＢ面曲のほか、未発表曲「Woman」や、「Ice Out In The Rain」のレアな12インチリミックス、「Weekend In Paris」「Madness Money and Music」の別ヴァージョンといった今回が初出となる音源も収録。

また、DVD収録の「Act One」でのパフォーマンスでは、レオン・ラッセル「A Song For You」、クリスタルズ「He's A Rebel」、アイリーン・キャラの歌唱で知られる「Out Here On My Own」、ベット・ミドラー「Wind Beneath My Wings」などの多彩なカヴァーを楽しむことができる。
