Digitally remastered edition. Technical Ecstasy is the seventh studio album by Black Sabbath, produced by guitarist Tony Iommi and released in September 1976. Black Sabbath was formed in Birmingham in 1968 by guitarist and main songwriter Tony Iommi, bassist and main lyricist Geezer Butler, singer Ozzy Osbourne, and drummer Bill Ward. Black Sabbath is often cited as pioneers of heavy metal music. The band helped define the genre with a clutch of groundbreaking albums in the 70s. They have sold over 70 million records worldwide. Black Sabbath were inducted into the UK Music Hall of Fame in 2005 and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2006.

ｻﾊﾞｽの裏No1アルバム！ ロックの世界のおいて当時の”ポップ化”という意味は＝アメリカ受け＝売れ線＝貧弱??という図式がなり得た時代･･･。しかしながら内容は、ドラマティック＆へヴィー!!!でｵｼﾞー派もﾃﾞｨｵ派も聴ける名盤中の名盤!!!

絶品！傑作！後にOzzyが1stｱﾙﾊﾞﾑで到達した境地が、既にSabbath的解釈で実践されていたことをも証明する歴史的名盤。失礼ながら紹介ﾚﾋﾞｭｰにある「ﾎﾟｯﾌﾟでﾒﾛﾃﾞｨｱｽ」なる修辞で本作は括れない。ﾘﾌを生かすﾒﾛﾃﾞｨ、ﾒﾛﾃﾞｨを際だたせるﾘﾌ。これらが渾然一体となった時にしか生まれない異質の迫力が、この作品のｷﾓ。この「迫力」は、Sabbathの作品中でﾋﾟｶｲﾁ。異質といえば異質。

世間の評価なんて、ｻﾊﾞｽをろくすっぽ聴いたことのない奴らの評価なので気にする必要はありません。このｱﾙﾊﾞﾑの良さがわからない人にﾍｳﾞｨｰﾒﾀﾙﾌｧﾝを名乗ってほしくないなんて言いたくなるくらいの傑作です。ｶﾞﾝｽﾞのｱｸｾﾙも大好きな、ﾋﾞﾙの歌うｲｯﾂｵｰﾗｲは俺も大好き！
