マッコイ・タイナー、1989年ブルーノートのリリースでジョン・スコフィールドとジョージ・アダムスをゲストに迎えた一枚。演目の数曲が、この二人とデュオで何とも素晴らしい。演奏者の技量が問われるのもデュオ。ここではいつも弾きまくる、吹きまくる二人がやけに神妙。特にジョージ・アダムスはサハラの乾いた風のようなテナーで圧巻。押し並べて、円熟のマッコイ・タイナーをたっぷり楽しめる。
