一言でいって、「いなたいフュージョン」ですｗ モダン・ジャズ時代から、ソウルフルでアーシーなプレイが魅力の、スタンリー・タレンタイン。　このアルバムも、その魅力をたっぷり堪能できる仕上がりです。　どれを聴いても、ニコニコ顔のタレンタインおじちゃんがいます。　聴いてみると、あなたもきっと、こう言うでしょう、「あ〜〜、ええなぁ〜〜〜〜（タメイキ）」。

フュージョンファンの私ですが、スタンリー・タレンタインは古臭いイメージで今まで聴いたことがありませんでした。 本作には一部マーカス・ミラーも参加しベンベン ベースを聴かせてくれます。 1980年という時代を感じさせますが、ホーンセクションやストリングスの入った オーケストラをバックに軽快なサックスを聴かせてくれます。 電化フュージョンではありません。
