Product Description

2008 digitally remastered and expanded edition of this classic album featuring six bonus tracks. UFO are the hard-edged British Rock band formed by Pete Way, Phil Mogg and Andy Parker joined by guitar great Michael Schenker. 1975's Force It was the band's fourth release and moved them towards a harder rockin' direction. Bonus tracks include: 'A Million Miles' (Previously unreleased studio track) and live versions of 'Mother Mary', 'Out In The Streets', 'Shoot Shoot', 'Let It Roll' and 'This Kid's (including 'Between The Walls'). EMI.

Jeff BeckやDeep Purpleのリマスターを担当したアビーロード・スタジオ専属の敏腕エンジニアPeter Mewによる2007年リマスターは、エネルギッシュでソリッドなＵＦＯサウンドの魅力を、限界まで引き出すことに成功しています。ボーナストラック10は未発表のバラード。11-13はBBCが収録した75年12月11日ロンドンのパリス劇場でのライブ、14-15は76年4月25日ロンドンのラウンドハウスでのライブ。マイケルのギターサウンドが頂点を極めた傑作。

ﾏｲｹﾙ在籍時の中では最もﾉﾘが良く、ﾄﾞﾗﾏﾃｨｯｸさもほどほどで全体的に楽しめる作品。やや暗かった前作に日差しが差し込んできた印象。｢ﾊｲﾌﾗｲﾔｰ｣のｷﾞﾀｰｿﾛ、ﾌｨﾙのvo.に聴き惚れます。
