I Can't Sign In. I Have the Right E-mail Address and Password. What Do I Do Now?

Some customers occasionally experience difficulties signing in.
There are technical reasons why this happens (mostly due to browser set-up).
To solve them we will need to put you in touch with one of our technicians.

If you are having trouble signing in please contact us and we will try to solve the problem for you.
At the bottom of every page on the main HMV Japan website you will see a link to Contact HMV.
Press this link and then follow the link in the left-hand menu for Systems Inquiry.

It will be useful to us if you provide us with the following details:
- Browser type (Internet Explorer / Netscape Navigator etc.)
- Browser Version (this is usually a number and you can find it if you click the Help menu of your browser and then on the line marked "About...")
- Operating System (Windows 95,98, 2000 etc.)
- Computer Type (PC, Mac etc.)
- Language used(Japanese or English)
