■Members points are valid for 12 months from when you receive the points. Points that have not been used are invalidated 12 months after they are issued. HMV ONLINE members points are issued and credited to your account at the time of dispatch. ※This service is exclusive to the customers who are registered on the website. Once you have received your new member's card at HMV stores, please register by PC or mobile within 7 days. If you don't register within 7 days, the transferred points from your old card and the points you received on your new member's card will be deleted.
